Is the mentoring programme really free?

Yes. SG Catalyst’s mentoring programme is free to participate in.

Who can apply as a mentee?

The programme welcomes people aged 16–35 seeking personal, leadership or career growth. Interested students below 16 can contact the team to discuss suitability.

How much time should I commit?

A typical journey lasts 3–6 months, with conversations every 2–4 weeks. Duration, format and expectations are agreed between mentor and mentee.

Do I need to know my career direction already?

No. You can share the questions, interests or goals you would like to explore in your application. The team can help guide your mentor selection.

What if the match isn’t the right fit?

Speak to the SG Catalyst team. They can reassess the pairing and arrange a re-match where appropriate.

When can I apply?

Intake dates vary by cycle. Use the application forms or contact the team for current availability and deadlines.
